Horizon Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for contracted assignments at a Long-Term Care Facility in Salem County, NJ!

Location: Salem, NJ

Shifts available: 7:00am – 3:30pm | 3:00pm-11:30pm

Term: Full time, Part time or Per diem

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring vital signs and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs and developing care plans.
• Providing patient and family education and support.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complete patient records.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care.

• Have one year of professional experience as a Nurse
• Possess an NJ Nursing License
