We have job openings in hospitals, dialysis clinics, in the home, outpatient centers, and private physician offices. We are searching for sympathetic, caring, positive, patient, and responsible RNs for our job openings. Dialysis nursing is a sub specialty of nephrology nursing. Nephrology nurses specialize in the care of patients who have kidney disorders or disease. The treatment for a renal failure (the kidneys stop working suddenly or over a period of time) is dialysis. A nephrology nurse should know how to assess a dialysis patient, plan and deliver care, and determine whether the care is effective or must be modified.
