RN Registered Nurse – Oncology Job in New York

Horizon Healthcare Staffing has a great opportunity for an Oncology Registered Nurse in a Manhattan, NY based hospital. You will be working in the oncology/ bone marrow transplant unit.

• RN  contract(s)  Night Shift  and  Night/ One Day Shift
• Excellent hourly compensation
• Oncology /Bone Marrow Transplant unit

Oncology Nurse Job Responsibilities:

• Administer blood, stem cells and chemo-therapy transfusions.
• Provide continuity of care from admission to discharge through patient/family education and discharge planning.
• Serve on unit specific evidenced based nursing work group.

 Oncology Registered Nurse Requirements:

• At least 2 years Oncology/BMT- large teaching hospital experience a plus
• BLS
• BSN
• NY State Licensed
