RN Long Term Care Surveyor / Investigator Jobs in New York
Horizon Healthcare Staffing is looking for Long Term Care (LTC) Surveyors / Investigators for our job openings located throughout New York. The LTC surveyor / investigator is required to be a Registered Nurse. The main job function of the RN is to perform onsite surveys of nursing homes and other healthcare settings inclusive of interviewing facility staff, family and residents while adhering to regulations during the survey process. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for investigating and surveying healthcare facilities throughout New York. This job is part of our non clinical nursing division.
The RN should have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate positive customer satisfaction in situations that are adverse or in controversy. They should possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as have excellent oral and written communication skills. They also should have the ability to travel to on-site facility review assignments.
