Pediatric Physical Therapist (Permanent)

We are currently seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a full-time permanent position in an outpatient pediatric setting in Monmouth County!

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient pediatric therapy services to children from birth through age 15, working with a variety of developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.

Location: Manalapan, NJ

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Thursday

Hours: 9:00am – 7:00pm

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000 based on experience

Team Environment

• Join a team of 4 experienced Pediatric Physical Therapists
• Supportive, child-focused outpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Educate families and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with other physical therapists and interdisciplinary team member

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
