Long Term Care Nurse (RN/LPN)

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for contracted assignments at a Long-Term Care Facility in Morris County, NJ!

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Contract Duration: 7-9 weeks

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm | 3:00pm-11:30pm

You'll be a perfect fit for this position if you:

• Have a passion for bedside care.
• Possess an NJ RN or LPN License.
• Have one year of professional experience as a RN or LPN

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring vital signs and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs and developing care plans.
• Providing patient and family education and support.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complete patient records.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care.

Requirements:

• Strong documentation skills.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Active New Jersey nursing license.
