Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Group Home

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking two Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care in a group home setting located in Buena Vista Township, NJ.

Coverage is needed for the following shifts:

• Evenings: Sunday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Days: Sunday and Monday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled bedside care and daily living assistance to clients, including those who are wheelchair-bound or bedridden.
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with physician orders and nursing best practices.
• Perform G-tube feedings and ensure proper nutrition and safety protocols are followed.
• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, mobility, and comfort care.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey LPN License
• BLS Certification required.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
