Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients’ homes providing direct patient care. Following a physician established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. Your job duties will include, assessing and recording symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients, administering medications and assisting in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician established plan of treatment.
