Over the past 22 years Horizon Healthcare Staffing has served over 300 long term care facilities in the New York and New Jersey area. We have served major Skilled Nursing Facilities with as many as 800 beds to small Assisted Living Facilities with as little as 80 beds. We have helped our clients find clinical talent including Directors of Nursing, MDS Coordinators, Therapists, Nurses, and CNAs on a per diem, long term, or permanent staff basis. We were recently awarded primary contracts for related services by the NYC Department of Education. Our primary contracts were awarded in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island. On Long Island alone we service over 80 school districts.
Our services include providing substitute school nurses, 1:1 nurses for special needs children, therapists for related services, as well as nurses for school trips.

We have placed personnel on short and long term temporary assignments as well as for positions that are permanent.
