Description
RN Registered Nurse Hospital Complaint Reviewer Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse RN for a temporary to permanent assignment.RN Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting investigations of hospital, ambulatory surgery centers, etc.
RN Registered Nurse Duties will include:
- Conducting onsite investigations of complaints received.
- Complete all required documentation
- Responsible for all necessary case processing and maintenance of case specific files.
- Assist in assessing cases in regard to need for systemic provider/physician quality improvement as a result of a complaint.
- Participate in team meetings
RN Qualifications:
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements and experience handling sensitive confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills a must
- Excellent telephone and written communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to relate effectively to patients/families, providers, and administrative personnel.
RN Registered Nurse Education & Experience :
- Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in NYS
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in various provider settings
- Must drive and have valid drivers license
