Home Care Coordinator Job Opening in New York

 

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is a leading tri-state area healthcare staffing company that places Nurses and Rehabilitation Therapy professionals into Hospitals, Insurance Companies, Private Duty, and other health care facilities.

We are currently looking to hire a motivated, energetic, and articulate person to be a home care coordinator for our NYS Licensed Agency, with home care coordinator job responsibilities that will include:

• Intake new home care cases
• Calling therapists and nurses and gathering information on their career objectives

• Recruiting professionals to visit our office to interview for permanent and per diem roles

• Work with clients to schedule clinicians for open cases

• Maintain clinician credentials

 

Hours:

Monday through Friday  8:30am – 5:00pm

Home Care Coordinator Job Requirements:

• Outgoing and engaging personality

• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong verbal communication skills

• One to two years work experience

• College degree
