School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is searching for Licensed Practical Nurses in Hudson County, NJ! We currently have 3 needs for an LPN to work one to one with a special needs student in school.

CURRENT OPENINGS for Licensed Practical Nurses Include:

• Provide direct one on one nursing care in school for special needs students.
• Provide direct one on one nursing care on a school bus.

Assignment #1: Transport School Nurse

Location: Kearny, NJ

Schedule: Mon/Tues/Wed

Hours: AM: 7:30am | PM: 1:30pm

Notes: 2 hour minimum pay in AM + 2 hour minimum pay in PM

Assignment #2: 1:1 School Nurse

Location: Hoboken

Schedule: Thurs/Fri

Hours: 7:30am - 3:45pm

Assignment #3 1:1 School Nurse

Location: Kearny, NJ

Schedule: Fridays

Hours: 8:20am to 3:00pm

School Nurse Job Details:

• Assisting a pediatric patient in school during the day, and or on their bus rides to and from school.
• Ensure the safety of the child.
• Document daily activity.
• Provide medical care.
• Assist in case of an emergency
