Job Description:

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. What You’ll Do

• Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and in-depth interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and clients
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques through our ATS and external platforms
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist candidates with interview preparation and scheduling
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives
• Help create a positive and engaging candidate experience
• Contribute to ongoing sourcing and talent pipeline development

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
