We have a new ongoing Physical Therapist position available in Brooklyn, NY for 3 days a week in a skilled nursing facility.

Schedule: 3 days a week, 830am - 430pm

Location: Brooklyn, New York

PT Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

• Valid New York State PT License
• At least 1-2 years of experience

• Good organization skills
• Good written skills
