Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Adult Group Home

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking friendly and reliable Nurses for an adult group home in Long Branch, NJ. The group home houses 3 consumers. We are looking for Nurses available to work a set schedule, part-time or full-time!

Hours:

• Sundays-Thursdays, 9am to 3pm
• Tuesdays, 3pm to 9pm

Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks delegated by the direct support staff.
• Medication passing/administration.
• G Tube feedings and Flushes.
• Assistance with blood sugar checks.
• Skin assessments (make sure no breakdown on the body).
• If someone is running low on one of the medications, call the pharmacy for it to be refilled.

Qualifications

• G-Tube experience, flushing the g-tube.
• BLS certification.
• Active NJ Nurse License.
