Registered Nurse – Psychiatric

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is searching for full-time RNs for a Psychiatric Hospital in West Trenton, NJ. This is a 450 inpatient bed facility. The Hospital believes that nursing provides a holistic approach to patient care, from the initial assessment to the treatment of the human response, to actual or potential health problems.

• All shifts needed | 30-minute break for every 8-hour shift
• Day/Evening/Night pay differential | Overtime will be approved
• 4 days of classroom orientation provided, 8am-430pm
• Classroom orientation date options will be provided upon getting cleared

Schedule/Shifts:

· Day | 6:45am to 3:15pm

· Evening | 2:45pm to 11:15pm

· Night | 10:45pm to 7:15am

*Ability to block schedule upon completing classroom orientation*

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for medication management / passing.
• Manage the milieu with another Nurse.
• Manage crisis’ and attend possible treatment team meeting.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with no EMR system, utilize paper documentation
• Active BLS/CPR, etc.
• Active NJ Nursing License
• Physical within 1 year
