Summer Camp (Sleep Away) in Earlton, NY

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is searching for one (1) LPN who can work a full summer session (7 weeks) of camp in Earlton, NY (Catskills). The summer camp is split into two (2) sessions. 

Job Details: 

Start Date: June 24, 2023 

End Date: August 15, 2023 

  • 1 day off a week
  • Sleep away camp in the Catskills, NY
  • The LPN will have their own private room, with air conditioning.
  • Room, board, and meals are included
  • If the Nurse has children (up to 3) between the ages of 7 and 15, they can attend the camp for free 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • The LPN will be working along side the Registered Nurse and will set up the infirmary approximately 2 weeks (6/10) prior to the start of camp.
  • The LPN will organize the campers’ medical records and provide basic medical attention to the campers.
  • Any urgent emergency situations the LPN will call 911 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Licensed LPN
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Summer camp experience preferred
