    Horizon Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking full time Nurses to work at a Community Health Center located in Asbury Park, NJ. This position will assist the Community Health Center with all aspects of our COVID-19 pandemic response. This is a fast-paced healthcare center, and the position will require heavy customer service, phones, and computer use. Candidate must be able and willing to travel to internal and external site locations.

    The right candidate must be available for full-time Monday through Friday.



    Monday – Friday. 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm




    • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with co-workers up, down, and across the organization
    • Develops staffing schedule for all internal and external COVID-19 response activities including, but not limited to: vaccination events, testing events, and combined events
    • Liaisons with community partners
    • Maintains weekly calendar of events inclusive of all pertinent event details and resources needed (human resources, materials, equipment, IT, etc)
    • Interviews, selects, and onboards temporary agency staff; manages submission of all required documentation for required access
    • Maintains comprehensive documentation for data collection; and provides statistical data and/or reports per grant requirements
    • Oversees the process for providing results of COVID-19 testing in a timely, efficient, and organized manner
    • Facilitates daily to weekly project team calls
    • Makes recommendations to leadership team for enhancing provided services
    • Escalates issues and concerns to vendors and suppliers as needed, including Curogram, Accurate Lab, and external site contacts
    • Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position




    • Active NJ Nursing License
    • 2-3 years related work experience
    • Strong computer skills, including use of EHR, two-way patient communication system, and Excel
    • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Current and valid driver’s license, auto insurance and registered vehicle
    • Current Flu shot & PPD/QuantiFERON
