Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced professional Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a nursing home based in Middlesex, New Jersey. LPNs are expected to provide quality nursing care, to meet the daily needs of the resident, and to direct the Nursing Assistants, in accordance with standards of practice and current federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Perform the functions of a LPN to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction.
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
- Report to Registered Nurse/CCM in charge.
Skills/Requirements:
- Valid NJ LPN license
- Valid BLS required
- 1 year experience required
- Graduate of an approved program in practical nursing.
